Summer Outdoor Yoga on Baker Lawn
45-minute, all-level classes
Join us on Baker Lawn, under the shade of trees, for a 45-minute, all-levels yoga class followed by a smoothie-of-your-choice cool down. We will explore various sun salutations to stretch and strengthen our bodies while leaving plenty of time for a final relaxation of Savasana. To ensure even further cooling down, we'll end with a smoothie and time to connect with one another!
Bring your mat (SWC mats (to keep!) will also be available), a towel, water and enjoy the view from our very own Baker Lawn!
