Join us each week in Collis 101 for an all-levels vinyasa yoga flow sure to leave you feeling strong, calm, and refreshed. These yoga classes will focus on bringing balance to the busy-ness of our lives through slowing down, breathing, gentle yet strong flows, and time for relaxation. A perfect respite to help carry you through the rest of term!
- Collis 101 ~ Mondays (October 18th - November 8th)
- 4:00 - 5:00 PM
- Bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours!
- Classes will be taught by our SWC Wellbeing Team
