This series is based on the CIMER Mentoring Program and is designed to help graduate students and postdocs be effective mentors. Each mentee you encounter in your careers will be different, and so to be an effective mentor you have to learn strategies that can be applied to deal with different mentoring situations. As you might imagine, your role as an attendee will require you to participate willingly in the discussions, so please come prepared. You will have assignments to complete before each session.  
Participants are expected to attend all of the sessions via Zoom. You will be sent the link before the first session. Registering for Jan 15 indicates you plan to attend all 4 sessions: Jan 15, 22, 29, and Feb 5 12:30- 2 pm
