Emotional Intelligence: A Peer-Led Circle on “Dealing with Feeling” (inspired by work from the Yale Center for Emotional Design)
Facilitated by: Suyoung (Sue) Yoo ‘29 and Allison Hong ‘29

Long Version Description

Feeling overwhelmed or navigating a lot emotionally? Join a small, supportive circle to connect with others and reflect on your relationship with your feelings. This is not group therapy but an open space to practice listening deeply and sharing from our own experiences.

This is also a chance to pause and explore how we relate to our emotions—and how we can bring greater awareness and wisdom to how we respond to them.

Snacks will be provided. Please RSVP
