Hunger: the Biology and Politics of Starvation (NHPR)

Two Dartmouth professors have authored a book on hunger: John Butterly, a cardiologist and associate professor of medicine, and Jack Shepherd, adjunct professor of environmental studies. Host of The Exchange Laura Knoy talks with them about the biological and political theories around starvation and famine on her show.
