The Dartmouth Symphony Orchestra offers music inspired by the enchanted forests of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the dazzling, intrigue-filled The Arabian Nights. The concert takes place Saturday, November 19, at 8 p.m., in Spaulding Auditorium of the Hopkins Center.

Led by conductor Anthony Princiotti, the orchestra will play the Overture and Incidental Music for A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Op. 21 and 61 by Felix Mendelssohn (1809-1847); and Scheherazade, Op. 35, by Nicolai Rimsky-Korsakov (1844-1908).
