MBA Electives Offer Hands-On Learning (Bloomberg Businessweek)

The class, taught by Ella L.J. Edmondson Bell, is designed to help students discover and work toward their biggest ambitions. Class members study the lives of great leaders and look inward through exercises such as writing letters from their 8-year-old selves.

“This course allows us all to take a time-out in a very hectic curriculum, take a breather from the quantitative work of business, and recapture ‘What’s the dream? How can I be the best self I can be?’” said Bell, associate professor of business administration.
