Two years since the inception of the Dartmouth-led National College Health Improvement Program (NCHIP), the number of Dartmouth students treated for extreme alcohol intoxication has been reduced by more than half, reports the Houston Chronicle via the Associated Press.

The article explains that NCHIP, a collaborative program that includes colleges and universities from across the country, uses a methodology called “Plan-Do-Study-Act,” which enables individual institutions to tailor their approaches to reducing high-risk drinking on campus.
