“After decades of working with managers in many fields, I’ve seen how the tyranny of linear thinking leads to simplistic assumptions about what it takes to win in business. And the further you go down this rabbit hole, the more difficult it becomes to adapt to the changes confronting your business,” writes Finkelstein, the Steven Roth Professor of Management at Tuck.
