The Dartmouth Woodsmen’s Team is a student-run club with a timbersport and woodcraft focus. Students learn skills like axe throwing, crosscut sawing, tree chopping, and fire building. They travel to competitions throughout the Northeast. The site of the first collegiate Woodsmen’s Weekend in 1947, Dartmouth continues to host the event every three springs.
