The Best Stories of 2022 Video Highlights From 2022
Campus was bustling this year as new and renovated buildings opened, student activities returned in full, and the mix of academics, athletics, and cultural events were in full display.
College Photographer Katie Lenhart, who took over from Eli Burakian ’00 in September, looked back at Dartmouth News photos from throughout 2022 and picked out some of her favorites.
In the captions below she explains what she found most striking in photos from Burakian, Robert Gill, Office of Communications intern Julia Levine ’23, and Lenhart herself.
At their core, they show that there is always something new to be learned or experienced at Dartmouth.

The Dickey Center at Dartmouth regularly hosts participants in the Young African Leaders Initiative for a couple of weeks in the summer. We were able to join them in early August for a relaxing canoe trip up the Connecticut during their stay. (Photo by Julia Levine ’23)
