With 99 percent of its athletes completing degrees, Dartmouth College has the second-highest athlete graduation rate in the NCAA’s Division I, according to a new ranking from The Chronicle of Higher Education.

Dartmouth shares the number two spot with American University, Colgate University and University of Notre Dame.

Brown University and Barnard College at Columbia University share the top spot with 100-percent athlete graduation rates.

The Chronicle based its ranking on the NCAA’s graduation-success statistics for students who entered college between 2001 and 2004.
