Dartmouth College ranks #14 for value among private U.S. colleges, according to an analysis by Kiplinger, a publisher of business forecasts and personal finance advice.

The analysis scores colleges and universities in six categories: cost and financial aid, student debt, graduation rate, academic support and competitiveness. The result, according to Kiplinger, is a showing of schools “that are both academically strong and affordable – our definition of value.”
