Should All Women Over 40 Get Annual Mammograms? (The Wall Street Journal )

H. Gilbert Welch, a professor of medicine at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, is among those who argue against annual screening, the Journal reports. Welch is a co-author of Overdiagnosed: Making People Sick in the Pursuit of Health.
