Chadha, who recently earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in government at Dartmouth, was hired as a marketing assistant at L’Oréal, where she says she will “focus on projects regarding corporate social responsibility,” the story notes.

In offering advice to other recent graduates and current students about finding a job, Chadha says, “Do not be discouraged. If you spend time reflecting on what you’re good at and passionate about, you will likely end up applying for jobs that are more suited to you and end up having a high success rate.”
