The Graduate Studies Office is getting ready for its annual Graduate Student Appreciation Week. The celebratory week is based on the national Graduate Professional Student Appreciation Week started by the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students, a student-run nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life of graduate and professional students across the country.

This year, Dartmouth’s Graduate Appreciation Week will be April 5 to April 11.

“Graduate students are an essential part of our academic community,” says Dean of Graduate Studies F. Jon Kull. “They support both faculty research and undergraduate teaching, and they are our link to the future of academia. It is important to take the time each year to recognize them for their hard work and dedication to Dartmouth.”
