Dartmouth Now takes note when faculty weigh in on issues of the day. Here is today’s “Quoted”: “Libya, for all practical purposes, is really in a state of civil war right now,” Dirk Vandewalle tells CNN in an interview about the fight for control in the country. Vandewalle is an associate professor of government.
