Dartmouth Now takes note when faculty members weigh in on issues of the day. Here is today’s “Quoted”:

“A truly high quality liberal arts education that we provide here suggests that you are going to be likely to do very well regardless of which particular field you major in,” says Michael Mastanduno in a story in The Dartmouth on the concerns students have about post-graduation employment and the impact this has on the decline in the number of humanities majors.

Mastanduno is the dean of the Faculty of Arts & Sciences and the Nelson A. Rockefeller Professor of Government.
