Dartmouth Now takes note when faculty members weigh in on issues of the day. Here is today’s “Quoted”:

“HIV has killed over 39 million people so far, and every year more than a million more are infected. There is no more urgent public health priority than the discovery of an HIV cure,” says the Geisel School of Medicine’s Tim Lahey in an opinion piece for the website Conversation.

Lahey is an associate professor of medicine and of microbiology and immunology at Geisel.
