5/05/2015
Body

Image removed.“Help, rescue, and save are among the best words in the dictionary. They are powerful words. They are noble words,” writes Associate Professor Ayo Coly in an American Prospect opinion piece about the unequal attention paid to recent massacres in Nigeria and Kenya compared to the Charlie Hebdo attack.

Coly is an associate professor of comparative literature and of African and African American studies.  She is also a Dartmouth Public Voices fellow.
