“This presidential race is so historical that something different is going to happen. We don’t know what that is yet, but it’s hard to believe that things will go back to normal,” says Dartmouth’s Charles Wheelan ’88 in a Bloomberg Politics story about the presidential election campaigns.

Wheelan is a senior lecturer in the Department of Economics and a policy fellow at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for Public Policy.
