Fall at Dartmouth set the orange, yellow, and red tones for activities everywhere, from house community pumpkin-carving events and class gatherings outdoors, to friends enjoying a conversation on the Green among the fallen leaves, or taking in the Indigenous Peoples’ Fashion Show at the Hood. For fall sports, whether it was a men’s rowing practice on the Connecticut, or the sailing team hosting the 30th Captain Hurst Bowl on Mascoma Lake, the changing leaves added brilliance to all events. Through it all, staff from Facilities Operations and Management stayed busy clearing and grooming the lawns. Their hard work was made more obvious by the fall-colored leafy ground nearby.
