We are pleased to have reached a tentative initial collective bargaining agreement between Dartmouth and the Student Worker Collective at Dartmouth (SWCD), the union representing student dining workers at Dartmouth’s Hanover campus. We understand that this tentative agreement is subject to ratification by the SWCD membership, which the SWCD intends to complete next week. Dartmouth feels that this was a fair process, and we look forward to continuing our positive relationship with the SWCD.

We will also take this opportunity to review pay scales across the institution to determine if additional changes are necessary. We look forward to announcing the results of that review within the coming weeks.
