Commencement exercises will be held rain or shine. Please bring raincoats and umbrellas if appropriate. Umbrellas are only permitted when there is heavy rain.

SEVERE WEATHER PLAN

The ceremony will be held outdoors if it is merely raining, but in the highly unlikely case of lightning, hail, or dangerously high winds, a severe weather plan will be implemented. The safety of our graduates, families, and guests is our priority. 

A severe weather plan has been created to accommodate holding a graduate-only ceremony indoors if the forecasted weather makes holding an outdoor ceremony too dangerous. 

Any determination to implement the severe weather plan will be emailed to all graduating students on Saturday afternoon. Graduates would assemble in the indoor ceremony location, and family/guests will view the ceremony remotely via the video stream.
