The Dialogue Project

Conflict resilience—the ability to sit with the discomfort of disagreement based on strongly held beliefs—is a key leadership skill.

In this workshop, conflict management expert Bob Bordone ’94 will discuss what is going on in our brains and bodies when we find ourselves in deep conflict and offer insights into how to engage with each other through the discomfort. He will draw insights from his recent book, Conflict Resilience: Negotiating Disagreement Without Giving Up or Giving In, co-authored by behavioral neurologist Joel Salinas.

The workshop will include an interactive discussion along with small group skills practice and review.

This event is open to all Dartmouth students. Registration is required.
