Dartmouth Athletics is set to host a watch party to premiere "The Battle of the Ivies," a documentary featuring the storied women's rugby rivalry between Dartmouth and Harvard, on Wednesday, April 24 beginning at 4:30 p.m.

"The Battle of the Ivies" is part of a docuseries produced by LG Electronics USA, an official partner of the NCAA, that takes viewers behind the scenes of selected rivalries across collegiate athletics. This episode covers the regular season matchup between the Big Green and the Crimson, followed by the NIRA Championship rematch in Cambridge.

"We are so proud of this documentary and we're excited to share all it highlights about our players, our game and our school," said head coach Katie Dowty. "The chance to share our story and our talent is critical in growing the game. No one can deny it's been a huge year for women in sports, with more eyeballs on women's games than ever before, and we want rugby on that train.

The watch party will be held at the Loew Auditorium inside the Black Family Visual Arts Center (22 Lebanon Street, Hanover, NH). Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and food will be available until 6 p.m. when the airing of the documentary begins inside Loew Auditorium. Attendees will have the chance to enter raffles for free LG products, which will be given away when the event wraps up at 7 p.m.
