Professor Praveen Kopalle Wins IIM Bangalore Distinguished Alumnus Award

The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore has selected Praveen K. Kopalle, professor of marketing at the Tuck School, as one of three recipients for their 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award. The award is given each year to a chosen few alumni who have excelled in industry or academia and thereby contributed to society. Kopalle received this award based on his contributions to three key domains: research, teaching, and managerial impact. The award was presented in Bangalore on October 28, 2011, the 38th Foundation Day of the Institute.
