With two games left in the season and another Dartmouth record under his belt, Big Green tailback Nick Schwieger ’12 has his eyes on the NFL.

“I’m confident that he’ll at least have an opportunity at the next level,” Football Head Coach Buddy Teevens ’79 said of his star player. “He’s the complete package.”

Schwieger broke the College’s single-game rushing record Saturday in a win against Cornell University (33-24). He ran 257 yards and scored a touchdown during 26 carries.

“It’s definitely pretty cool,’’ Schwieger said. “It’s a prestigious record at Dartmouth.”
