Both Wall Street and Washington (specifically Congress and the Securities and Exchange Commission) are looking critically at what might have gone wrong with Facebook’s initial public stock offering, PBS Newshour observed Wednesday.

The show turned to Dartmouth’s Anant Sundaram , visiting professor of business administration at the Tuck School and corporate valuations expert, for his thoughts on the “information asymmetry” that may have occurred and future prospects for Facebook stock.
