Inside Higher Ed notes that the Bridge Program completed its 16th session this summer and has run at capacity for the past 10 years. While the program has been successful in helping students secure jobs, that is not the ultimate goal, says Nicole Faherty, the Bridge Program Manager. “We’re not here to support job placement, we’re here for providing the tools for them to make them more employable,” she told the web journal.

The Bridge Program teaches college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates of arts and sciences colleges the basics of accounting, marketing, finance, and leadership.
