In a Harvard Business Review opinion piece, Vijay Govindarajan, the Coxe Distinguished Professor at the Tuck School of Business, and co-author Akash Nayak Karopadi discuss promising health care reforms in the treatment of major diseases.

“One area where we’ve begun to make some inroads is with chronic kidney disease (or CKD for short),” the authors write. “CKD is a condition that affects 1 in 10 Americans over 20 and costs the US health care system almost $100 billion a year.”
