In his latest BBC “Syd Weighs In” column, the Tuck School of Business’ Sydney Finkelstein shares what he believes are the five fundamentals of corporate survival.

He starts by explaining that running a successful company is not easy. “Running a global, complex company in 2014 is one of the most difficult management and leadership challenges imaginable.”

Finkelstein is the associate dean for executive education at Tuck and the Steven Roth Professor of Management.
