“Striving for perfection is as sure a way of derailing a potentially good, innovative idea as anything you can imagine,” says the Tuck School of Business’ Sydney Finkelstein in his most recent “Syd Weighs In” column for the BBC.

Finkelstein is the associate dean for executive education and the Steven Roth Professor of Management at Tuck.
