Dartmouth’s major celebration of academic achievement and accomplishment returned to familiar territory for the first time since 2019 as commencement was held on the Green Sunday morning.
In his commencement address, Russell Wilson spoke about the importance of building a legacy, a lesson he learned from his late father, Harrison Wilson III ’77.
Members of the undergraduate Class of 2022 hail from 49 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, and from 42 other countries.
The most popular majors for graduating seniors were economics, government, computer science, engineering sciences, and psychology.
Dartmouth will also hold an in-person ceremony for the Class of 2020 on Saturday, Aug. 6.
