Honoring the 2022 Retirees

Dartmouth celebrates the dedicated service of faculty and staff.

The 85 staff and faculty members who concluded their Dartmouth careers in 2022 depart with the community’s deep respect and gratitude for their dedicated service, whether it was in front of a classroom or behind the scenes, says President Philip J. Hanlon ’77.

“The work of every one of our retirees has contributed to the excellence we achieve at Dartmouth,” says President Hanlon. “They have lifted up our core academic mission through teaching, supporting administrative operations, improving the physical plant, broadening access to resources, and in countless other ways seen and unseen.”

“I cannot thank them enough for their deep commitment to Dartmouth, and for the time, energy, and passion they have brought to their work,” he says.

The following is a list of faculty and staff who have retired on or before June 30, are at least 55 years old, and have served Dartmouth for at least 10 years.
