Sixty-two faculty members across Dartmouth have been promoted, with several professors also granted tenure.

Faculty are evaluated in three areas—research, teaching, and service—through a rigorous evaluation process.

“The depth of research and teaching knowledge represented in these faculty members is inspiring,” says Provost David Kotz ’86, Dartmouth’s chief academic officer. “I congratulate our colleagues on their promotions as they advance knowledge and inspire students in their field, and I look forward to their continued contributions to the Dartmouth community and the wider world.”
